I am a design leader, product strategist, and customer advocate with experience creating high-capacity teams and delivering research-backed user experiences for the secondhand e-commerce and marketing technology industries. I am currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Upright Labs, the industry-leading, multi-channel inventory management and e-commerce software for secondhand retailers. I have ten years of experience at uncovering opportunities, helping teams frame problems, facilitating sense making, and collaboratively delivering user-centered solutions for both web and mobile environments. I value authenticity, growth, and wonder.
During my working hours you can find me documenting research insights and framing problems in Notion or sharing and testing ideas in Figma. When the computer is closed, you're most likely to find me outside with my kiddo or obsessing over Gotham FC (go bats!).
